18 Days

Day 1
Depart Ireland. Flight with Malaysian Airlines via London and Kuala Lumpur.

Day 2
Arrive Langkawi. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Langkawi.

Day 3-8
Days at leisure to relax on the white sandy beaches or explore the
amazing rainforests.

Day 9
Transfer to Airport. Flight via Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu with Malaysian Airlines. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Kota Kinabalu.

Day 10 Turtle Island
Enjoy a 30-45 minutes flight to Sandakan. Transfer to Turtle Island (1 hour boat ride). Afternoon at leisure. After dinner, learn more about turtles at the Exhibition center while you wait for the Park Ranger to locate a Turtle coming ashore. Release little Turtle hatchlings to the sea. Overnight at Selingan Island Chalet.

Day 11 Orang Utans & Proboscis Monkey
Return back to Sandakan city for a visit to the World’s largest Orang Utan rehabilitation sanctuary - Sepilok. Transfer by boat to Sukau with a stop at Abai village for lunch. In the evening, embark on a river cruise in search for the elusive long nose Proboscis Monkey, endemic to Borneo & other wildlife along the Kinabatangan. Overnight in Sukau.

Day 12 Proboscis Monkey & Sandakan
Visit Puh Jyh Shih, Sabah’s biggest & most expensive Buddhist Temple and Buli Sim Sim Watervillage. Transfer to airport for flight to Kota Kinabalu. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Kota Kinabalu.

Day 13
Day at leisure. Overnight in Kota Kinabalu.

Day 14
Transfer to airport. Flight to Kuala Lumpur with Malaysian Airlines. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 15-16
Days at leisure to explore the many sights KL has to offer. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 17
Transfer to airport. Flight to Ireland with Malaysian Airlines via London.

Day 18
Arrive Ireland.
